Spend a beautiful day immersed in creativity at The Paint Box! This one-day Creative Retreat combines the softness of watercolour with the bold, satisfying process of lino printing. We’ll begin the day exploring watercolour techniques, colour blending, and playful painting exercises before moving into the exciting world of printmaking.
In the afternoon, you’ll learn how to design, carve, and print your own lino block—creating a series of handmade prints to take home. No experience needed—this retreat is designed to be approachable, inspiring, and full of creative discovery.
Lunch and snacks from Wildfire Bakery are included, along with all art supplies. Come enjoy a relaxed day of making, learning, and connecting with fellow art lovers.

We’ll experiment with a variety of materials including paint, collage, drawing, stamps, and writing prompts to create beautiful journal pages that reflect your own style and story.
This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new, loosen up creatively, or simply enjoy a peaceful day of making. No artistic experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

Join us for a full day of bold colour, expressive painting, and creative freedom! In this Modern Abstracts Creative Retreat, we’ll explore contemporary painting techniques using acrylics, mixed media, and layering to create vibrant abstract artwork with depth and personality.

You’ll be guided through exercises that focus on composition, colour palettes, texture, and mark-making—then you’ll have time to develop your own finished abstract painting. This retreat is perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, and each artwork will turn out completely unique.
